Interagency TourismCounty Sligo nestled in the North West’s natural surroundings provides a tourism offering in a beautiful part of Ireland offering unique experiences ranging from, excellent sustainable, diverse outdoor activities, megalithic history visible in the landscape, to cultural experiences incorporating music and the arts, seldom achieved in other parts. The tourism industry contributes economically, socially and culturally to the local fabric with its range of tourism facilities while also achieving increased visitor awareness and satisfaction levels.
The members of the CDB realize that a collective response towards achieving and developing the tourism product is essential and have successfully combined to deliver a range of tourism products. Sligo Leader Partnership Company support and extensively consult with its agency partners. Illustrations of this tangible commitment is at the Marketing Sligo Forum.
