DOORLY PARK LOOPED WALK/CYCLE PROJECT

This project sought funding to develop of a new cycling and walking amenity at Doorly Park, Sligo adding an additional 1km to the existing 4km walking trail from Sligo inner city to Cleveragh. This proposal will develop Doorly Park with an extensive range of high quality active and passive recreational facilities that will establish the park’s status as a major tourist amenity and cultural heritage resource for Sligo and the North West Region.
